What is Live Wedding Painting?

As a live wedding painter, Brianna will paint your special moment on-site in real-time, during your pre-ceremony, cocktail hour and/or reception. Depending on the level of complexity of the painting, you may even be able to take the custom-made artwork of your favorite moment home with you at the end of the night!

  • After reviewing the portfolio and pricing, submit your event via the inquiry form below.

    Over a virtual call, I will meet with you and get to know who you are as a couple. During this, we will discuss the theme for your wedding, the style of your painting, and the beautiful moment from the ceremony you would like to capture.

    A 25% non-refundable retainer deposit (+ any travel fees) is required to complete your booking.

  • Brianna will reach out to confirm final painting details and the remaining payment.

  • I will arrive two hours early to your venue to set up and begin painting the background. I will add in the details of the ceremony from the moment you chose.

    After the ceremony, or the main event of the day, I will move into the reception space and continue working on the painting there! The painting will be completely finished and ready to take home with you on that same day of the event.

    If you chose the Personal package, I will bring the painting to my studio to add in your personal details there (like a beloved dog, a family member, or specific things that are special to you!).

FAQ’s for Live Wedding Painting

  • I use Professional Artist-grade Acrylic paints. Their vibrancy of color and quick drying ability make them ideal to capture the emotion and feel of your special day.

  • An easel should be prepared to exhibit the painting for the remainder of the evening once I am finished. Your guests can continue to enjoy the painting for as long as the party goes on!

  • Absolutely! I’m based in Los Angeles CA but all packages include travel for the first 100 miles round-trip. Events further than that will cost .60 cents per mile plus any necessary toll/parking fees.

    Events more than 3 hours away may require coverage for round-trip air travel, 1-2 nights local hotel accommodation, and any transportation costs (ride-share or rental car).

  • Of course! Guest interaction is one of the best parts. They will be able to watch the painting being created during the cocktail hour and on into the reception.

  • Popular moments during a wedding include the First Kiss, Vows, Ceremony Exit, First Look, or a moment from the Posed Portraits.

  • Definitely! If you have an engagement shoot or a picture from a past wedding that you would like to be painted then I can create that for you in my studio.
